ATTENTION!!!

Plan B is pulling a State Fair Stunt!

Tuesday, August 26th, 2008! We will be meeting at the MOA to ride the bus up to the Fairgrounds at 6:30. We will wait for 15 minutes before we board the next available bus.

If you miss the bus, we will be meeting at the Bus loading/unloading area at the fair grounds at 7:30.

Things you will need... A ticket to the fair (about 10 bucks) All black shirt/pants. Grease paint in any color except blue. A willing sense of adventure, and about 90 minutes of your free time!

If you can't provide grease paint, some will be provided for you!

This event does involve makeup and a little bit of character acting, but ANYONE can do it, and supplies + cleanup will be provided...

This is the big one guys and gals! This will be the one to make or break Plan B! (Well, not really break, but, you get the idea.)

We need as many people as possible to participate in this event to really pull it off, as we will probably get news coverage for it!

Be prepared to be stared at, laughed at, asked for your autograph! Be prepared to ignore ALL of that!

See you on Tuesday! (You can't miss us!)

Because every time I give specific details, people say "Oh, noone will like that." Or "I don't want to do that."

That is the exact reason.

The paint is for your skin. It is to cover any/all exposed skin.

The idea is to be fair-goers out for an evening of fun at the fair...

Welcome all Flashmob MN Members!!!

Any info that is not posted on here is for a reason, We like to keep all the extra info a secret untill the event.. This reduces the risk of being confronted before hand and told we can't do an event... We assure you that even though some info isn't here, it is nothing that I am sure you can't figure out on your own ;)

And yes it is PM

This event is legal, safe for all ages, and will not involve any physical exertion beyond walking around and "looking pretty".

I promise, you will have a LOT of fun.

And we are HUGE on the NO blue we are not trying to imitate the blueman group, the colors we want are BRIGHT colors (yellow, orange, green, purple, etc).

Depends on the paint... Chris has got a solution so it won't.. I will be testing out a solution tomorrow for a cheaper alternative... but both should be fine and not get paint on your clothes....

Note, There is always a possibility... so that is another reason for the black clothes...

One, The paint can be removed with mineral spirits and a towel, We will bring both, but with the growing number of people it will be a first come (to get cleaned) first clean deal...

2 Bring As many friends as you can fit in your car....

And C From what I remember, there is a re-entry gate. if not.. you can meet us inside the gates and just give me a call... I will send you my cell for if you have any problems.

Idea for it: start earlier or later, and send people to go to all the tv places during the news all at the same time, we could watch the news in out colors, & is that didn't get us on tv nothing would...

sorry for dubble posting, but the edit wouldn't appear...

The paint can be difficult to remove... Mineral oil or Baby oil removes grease paint as if you were washing loose sand off of your hands.

As stated earlier, we will do our best to provide cleanup materials, but money stretches only so far. We do have a storage car on site to be able to store materials for the duration of the event. A roll of thick paper towels, a trash bag and some mineral or baby oil should be all you need.
